It is a very good option if you are a student or young worker and you want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It is a fully equipped and furnished room:- Bed 135x190cm- Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair- Bedside table- Window with outside view- Lock for your privacyAPARTMENT:The flat is 170m2 and has 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The common areas are really nice, with a living room with sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with: - Ceramic hob- Refrigerator- Oven- Microwave oven- Washing machine- Crockery and cutleryNEIGHBOURHOOD:Blasco Ibañez is one of the favourite areas for students who come to spend some time in Valencia. This area is home to several university buildings and is very well connected to the city centre, the UPV and the University of Valencia, as well as the beach!With all kinds of restaurants, bars, concert venues and much more you are guaranteed to enjoy this area. EXPENSES:All expenses are included (electricity, water, internet). We cover the electricity bill up to 35€ per person per month. This means that if there is a month when the bill is higher than our coverage, the tenant will have to pay the difference. In this case, the expenses are shared equally between the tenants.CLEANING SERVICE:We offer a free cleaning service once a week of the communal areas. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good condition. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it is important to keep everything clean.
