This is a temporary rental, exclusively for stays for leisure or holidays, such as a sabbatical year or recreational and cultural activities, including conferences, trade fairs, and festivals, with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. We want you to feel comfortable and only have to worry about enjoying your stay. The studio is equipped with an electric coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, blender, pots, plates, and complete tableware, as well as a washing machine in a shared area. The bed includes 2 pillows, a mattress protector, and a duvet; tenants must bring their own bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. If you decide in the future to live in Barcelona or need a longer stay for work or studies, you can count on us: we will be happy to help you find suitable accommodation for this new stage.After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency.
