The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.You will need to provide id/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.This charming 50m² apartment is located on a fourth floor of a building without elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and it has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with double bed. Perfect for 1 or 2 people looking for a comfortable and well located place.Location: it is located on the corner of rambla del raval, one of the most vibrant and fashionable areas of the old town. The area is known for its exclusive restaurants, trendy bars and cozy cafes. Just a 5-minute walk from las ramblas, the apartment is well served by public transport.
