Porreres is a town and municipality in the south-central part of Mallorca, in the comarca of Pla de Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Its municipal area covers 86.84 km² and borders Llucmajor, Montuïri, Sant Joan, Vilafranca, Felanitx and Campos. It is twinned with Porrera in the Priorat.

Several areas in and around the main town have their own names, among them el Camp de la Senyora, el Cappuig, les Cases Noves, el Pou Florit, el Rafal and la Vileta. They help you place a house within the town.
