Deleting your account
This page explains how to delete your RealBro account, what happens to your data and how long it is kept. You can delete the account yourself — there is no need to contact support.
How to delete your account

Sign in to your account
On real-bro.com or in the app — the steps are the same.

Open settings
Account → Settings. The “Delete account” section is at the bottom of the page.

Confirm the deletion
You will be asked to type your own email address, which guards against an accidental tap. If you have a payout in progress or unspent gold, you will be asked to deal with it first: money is never written off silently.
What happens to your data
Immediately after confirmation
Sign-in is closed, every session ends and notifications stop. Profiles are unpublished, saved searches stop running and any paid plan is terminated.
Within 30 days
The account is held in a deleted state and is then anonymised: personal data is erased for good. The period is set by clause 19.6 of the Privacy Policy.
What is kept longer
Only what the law requires us to keep longer — chiefly payment records. They are stored separately and are not used for anything else.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the account, write to us from the address it is registered to. We will delete it once we have confirmed that it is yours.
