Alto Guadalentín is a comarca of the Region of Murcia, with Lorca as its capital. It is named after the upper course of the Guadalentín river and covers a very large area in the west of the region.

Three municipalities make it up: Lorca, Águilas and Puerto Lumbreras. Coast and inland, plains and mountains, irrigated orchards and wasteland, forests and bare slopes all meet here.
