The balcony oversees the sea and the pool where you can also see the sunrise and sunset. Bedrooms facing the hills. We have a shared storage room for larger items if that’s helpful: )Situated on a hill with plenty of nature and hiking paths, the neighbourhood is elegant and peaceful.12 mins walk to the supermarket and bus stop that takes you directly to Pl Cataluña. The closest beach is vilassar de mar and premia de mar. Rent includes high speed WIFI. Utility bills are fixed at 250€/month and it is not included. The owner (my amazing mother) lives in the other half of house.
