Failure to provide this information within the established timeframe, or if it is deemed invalid, will constitute a breach of the booking conditions and will result in the processing of its cancellation through the platform.Once the reservation has been accepted, we will request the necessary details via chat to register it in our system. The booking cannot be confirmed until this information has been received and subsequently approved. Afterwards, the contract will be sent by email for review and signature. Keys will only be handed over once the contract has been duly signed.Check-in is free of charge at our office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
