Опис

Hi, I''m Carlos, I''m Spanish and I''m 48 years old, I live alone in a very central apartment in Barcelona.I like the tranquility and the good coexistence, and at the same time, since I have 2 children, an extra income is good for me.The apartment is shared with me, I rent an exterior double room. The apartment has 2 sinks, they are only shared for the shower, since only the large one has a shower.Building with elevator. There is no heating or air conditioning, but in the room there is a stove and a fan.The room does not have a lock, but a latch to close from the inside.Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
