I’m renting out my flat available from December. The apartment is very bright and well ventilated, with air conditioning/ heating and high-quality furniture. It is fully equipped and ready to move into from day one.It is located in Les Corts, a quiet and safe neighbourhood with excellent transport connections to the rest of Barcelona. It is ideal for one person or a couple coming to the city temporarily for work, studies or holidays and looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay.Pets are welcome, provided that they do not cause any damage to the apartment or its furnishings.I’m looking for someone responsible, quiet and respectful. Both the dates and the price are negotiable depending on the length of the stay. For further information, please send me a message indicating the dates you need and how many people would be staying.
