Located between Sagunto and Puzol (2 miles) in a residential areal setting. Personal transport is essential. Alfinach is a small village with a private club and local shop, but Puzol is only 2 minutes by car, and provides a range of shops, services and a doctors surgery,Privacy is extremely important to us all, we never enter each others rooms or meddle in someone else's things without communicating first - this is something that absolutely must be respected and I can be sure to say that your room is ONLY yours and will be yours to do with as you please. The house is cozy and super quiet. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom upstairs, while the ground floor contains a third bedroom, as well as a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, toilet, and a conservatory which opens onto the garden. We generally are clean and tidy, but not meticulously so as we all have busy working lives and are all varying kinds of neurodivergent so sometimes it can be slightly messy, sometimes it's absolutely spotless. If we are really busy we book in a cleaner to do the hard stuff, which won't cost us more than a tenner per person for each cleaner visit. Tenants are requested not to smoke inside the house. Smoking in the garden or at the back of the house, outside the kitchen is OK.
