This makes the property exceptionally well connected for getting around Madrid.Registration at the address (empadronamiento) is possible for stays of 6 months or more. House rules: single occupancy, no pets and no smoking indoors (smoking outside only).To complete the reservation, all required payments must be made by bank transfer no later than 48 hours before check-in.
