From October, we have a double room (for one person - NO couples) available in Raval - close to everything you need.

The room is bright and comes furnished. The apartment is also fully furnished and comes with everything you could need to move in and live right away. The rent includes the bills but this does not mean that the bills are free!

There are two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other just the toilet, and two living areas - sitting and dining. The apartment is split in two parts divided by the kitchen so each end has their own privacy. We live in a very chilled environment and are looking for someone to join us!

A bit more information: we are not the type of people who have or want to have lots of visits so if you are looking for something like this then maybe this is not the home for you. By all means your friends can come visit you, in your room for a beer or for dinner but overnight/multiple night stays and constant daily visitors is not something that we are looking for. Likewise, cleaning is very important for us as it should be for you. Emphasis on the cleaning (! ) if you are not a clean person or will not agree to a schedule then do not contact us at all. We want someone who has experience living with others and has a good deal of common sense when it comes to sharing space - if this does not sound like you then please do not contact as we want someone long term and do not wish to change housemates often - please, do not contact if you are not looking for somewhere for a long period of time, like the advert says, minimum 6 months and ideally longer!
