Butane gas cylinder for the kitchen. Contract conditions:The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants).There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.Don’t wait any longer and get in touch with us: we’re your home away from home! 📞🏡Please note:The rental price includes utilities up to 50€ monthly.
