The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.You will need to provide id/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.This charming 50m² apartment is located on a fourth floor of a building without elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and it has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with double bed.
