Hola! We are four friends looking for a new roommate from 15th of November more or less. We love our place and each other, and we are looking for someone who will be not only a roommate but also a part of our small community. We live in a wonderful, spacious apartment in the heart of the city, yet on a quiet and green street. It's not on La Rambla, it's close to the metro Urquinaona. : ) The flat is large, full of light and air. The main living room has two balconies, and we also have another lounge with another long balcony. Our kitchen is big, modern, fully equipped, and there are two bathrooms. Also the flat has heating, which is a rare find in Barcelona.; )The room is facing to the patio, but has a natural light and air, due being a high floor and the size of the patio. It's fully furnished and has everything you may need. The price is 650 euros a month plus around 50 euros for the bills. The deposit is 650. At the moment, there are four of us, so we’re looking for a fifth roommate. It’s not a typical shared apartment — for us it’s really important to find a new member of our little family, someone who will also care about our home.
