Actur-Rey Fernando is one of the municipal districts of Zaragoza, on the left bank of the Ebro, which bounds it to the south and east. In 2006 it was split off from the former Margen Izquierda district, alongside El Rabal.

It was built in the 1970s under the ACTUR plan to solve the city's housing shortage. Its streets are named after writers, filmmakers and artists, and residents simply call it El Actur.
