Get to know Xirivella

Xirivella, spelled Chirivella in Spanish, is a town and municipality in the province of Valencia, in the comarca of Horta Sud and within the Valencia metropolitan area. It borders the city of Valencia, Alaquàs, Aldaia, Quart de Poblet, Mislata and Picanya.

The V-30 motorway and the river Turia divide the municipality, with the La Luz district on the eastern bank. Since June 2012 a bridge across the motorway has linked the two parts. Valencia Airport is close by.
