Vilassar de Dalt is a village in the comarca of Maresme, in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia. The name comes from the Roman Villa Azari. The Castle of Vilassar, with its round tower, is a listed historic and artistic monument.

Its neighbours are Vilassar de Mar, Premià de Dalt, Cabrils, Òrrius and the Vallès Oriental comarca. The old part keeps steep, narrow streets of medieval origin. Toward the mountain, around Can Boquet, you will find important prehistoric sites such as the Roca d'en Toni dolmen.
