Venta de Baños is a small town and municipality in the Cerrato district of the province of Palencia, in Castile and León. It lies some 10 km south of the provincial capital. Before high-speed lines, it was the main transfer point for travellers between the north-east, the north-west and the south of Spain.

Renfe and the food company Cerealto are the main employers. The medieval church of San Juan Bautista is believed to be Visigothic. Every year the town hosts the Cross Internacional de Venta de Baños, a cross country race.
