Karrantza Harana / Valle de Carranza is a municipality in the province of Biscay, in the Basque Country. It lies in the comarca of Enkarterri and is the westernmost and largest municipality of the province by area. The population is 2715 (INE 2025).

The valley is made up of 49 neighbourhoods, with Concha as its capital. Its culture differs from the traditional Basque one, with strong ties to Cantabria thanks to its proximity. Film director Víctor Erice was born here.
