Get to know la Saïdia

La Saïdia is the fifth district of the city of Valencia, in the Valencia comarca. It stretches from the left bank of the Turia river to the Avenida del Doctor Peset Aleixandre, north of Ciutat Vella.

It is made up of five neighbourhoods: Marxalenes, Morvedre, Trinitat, Tormos and Sant Antoni. The tram runs west to east along Carrer de Sagunt, which follows the route of the old Via Augusta, and the Sant Pere Nolasc municipal market, possibly the oldest of its kind in the city, is on this street.
