Nou Moles is a neighbourhood in the west of the city of Valencia, in the Olivereta district. It forms a rhomboid between Patraix, Tres Forques, Campanar, Soternes and La Petxina.
It hosts major municipal services, including the former Model Prison of Valencia, the Olivereta park and a post office. Its name comes from a flour mill with nine millstones beside the Favara irrigation channel, which a fire destroyed in 1929.
