Udías is a municipality in the autonomous community of Cantabria. It belongs to the comarca of Costa Occidental, although it has no coast. Its population is 960 (2025).

It borders Alfoz de Lloredo, Comillas, Valdáliga and Cabezón de la Sal. Hills dominate the terrain, and caves underground suit caving. It is also a former mining area.
