Teià is a municipality in the comarca of Maresme, in the province of Barcelona, in Catalonia. It lies on the slopes of the Serralada de Marina, bordering Alella, el Masnou and Premià de Dalt. Its name comes from the Roman word Taliano.

Historically it was a traditional summer retreat, and in recent decades it has grown considerably by taking in people who moved from Barcelona. A weekly market takes place on Mondays.
