Solsonès is a comarca in central Catalonia, in the province of Lleida, set between the Central Depression and the Pre-Pyrenees. It was part of the historic county of Urgell. Most of its people live in the capital, Solsona.
Besides Solsona, its municipalities include Olius, Montmajor, Navés, Pinós and La Coma i la Pedra, and since 2023 also Biosca and Torà. The Cardener and Ribera Salada valleys begin here. The eastern half drains to the Llobregat and the western part to the Segre.
