La Oliva, also called Barriada Nuestra Señora de la Oliva, is a neighbourhood of the Distrito Sur in Seville, Andalusia. It lies in the central part of the district. It borders Avenida de la Paz to the east, and Las Letanías and Polígono Sur to the south.

The estate dates from the seventies, and neighbouring barriadas such as Giralda Sur and San Cristóbal grew up around it. In its early years it lacked basic infrastructure and services, so residents organised to win public schools.
