The Sexmo de Posaderas is a medieval administrative division of the Community of City and Land of Segovia, in the province of Segovia. It grew out of a group of villages with inns, which enjoyed tax privileges from the Reconquista until 1399.
That year it became the latest sexmo of the concejo. In 1904 Muñoveros was chosen by vote as its capital. In 1928 there was a proposal to abolish it, but opposition from the villages prevented this, and the sexmo continues to this day.
