Santa Lucía de Tirajana is a town and municipality in the south-east of Gran Canaria, in the province of Las Palmas, Canary Islands, between San Bartolomé de Tirajana and Agüimes. It is the third most populous municipality on the island.

Nearly everyone lives on the coast, in towns such as Vecindario, Sardina and Pozo Izquierdo, whose beach hosts rounds of the windsurfing world championship. Up in the hills, around the Tirajana caldera, settlement is sparser and more traditional, and the village of Santa Lucía serves as the municipal seat.
