Sant Hilari Sacalm is a municipality in the comarca of the Selva, in the province of Girona, in Catalonia. It is the most mountainous municipality of the Selva, and has long been called the capital of the Guilleries.

It is also known as the town of the hundred springs, since its municipal area counts more than a hundred of them, among them the Font Vella. Forests cover much of the municipality, and farming sits in the valleys. One of its main festivals is the Via Crucis Vivent, a traditional festival of national interest.
