San Sebastián de La Gomera is the capital of the island of La Gomera, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It covers the southeast of the island and is its largest and most populous municipality. Founded on the aboriginal land of Hipalán, the town is now the social, commercial and tourist centre of La Gomera.

The island council, the courts and the general hospital are all based here. Ferries leave the port daily for southern Tenerife and La Palma, and many cruise ships call in. Landmarks include the Torre del Conde, the Casa de Colón where Columbus stayed, now a museum, and the hermitage of the Virgen de Guadalupe, the island's patron saint.
