La Concòrdia is a neighbourhood of Sabadell in the northwest of the city. It took shape with immigration in the mid-twentieth century. Its axis is Avinguda de la Concòrdia, where most of the neighbourhood's activity is concentrated.
Most of the housing was single-family homes and apartment blocks, built by the Caixa d'Estalvis de Sabadell and by companies. By 1963 all the streets were paved and had public lighting and a water supply. Fewer immigrants settled here than in other Sabadell neighbourhoods, and most came from Aragon, Murcia and Andalusia.
