Reinosa is a municipality in Cantabria and the centre of the comarca of Campoo-Los Valles. It has 8570 inhabitants (2025). It is the smallest municipality in Cantabria by area and is completely surrounded by Campoo de Enmedio.

The Ebro, Híjar, Izarilla and Las Fuentes rivers run through it, and it lies close to the headwaters of the Ebro. It is the Cantabrian city with the lowest average temperatures. It was made a city in 1927 and sits on the Besaya route of the Camino de Santiago del Norte.
