Ojén is a small white village in the province of Málaga, in the comarca of Sierra de las Nieves. Orchards and mountains surround it, in the hills behind Marbella.

It borders Mijas to the east, Marbella to the south, Istán to the west, and Monda and Coín to the north. The estates of La Mairena and El Vicario lie in the southeast of the municipality. It has 4755 inhabitants according to the 2025 INE figures.
