O Porriño is a town and municipality in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia, part of the comarca of Vigo and its metropolitan area. Industry is its backbone, and its position in the south of the province makes it a key logistics hub. Its pink granite, Rosa Porriño, is shipped from the Port of Vigo mainly to Italy, Japan and China.
