Get to know Nigrán

Nigrán is a municipality in the south of the province of Pontevedra, Galicia, part of the comarca of Vigo and its metropolitan area. Together with Baiona and Gondomar it forms the natural district of Val Miñor. It lies on the Atlantic coast, and its beaches and mild summers almost triple its population in the summer months.

The municipality is divided into seven parishes: Nigrán, Panxón, San Pedro da Ramallosa, Parada, Camos, Chandebrito and Priegue. It borders Baiona and Gondomar.
