Get to know Navarrete

Navarrete is a municipality in La Rioja, in the middle of the region. It lies on the French Way of the Camino de Santiago, between Logroño and Nájera. Spain has named its old town a Conjunto Histórico-Artístico for its historical and monumental character.

Pilgrims stop here, and the streets and monuments show why. Navarrete is the only pottery centre in La Rioja today. It has been one of the most important in northern Spain.
