Narón is a municipality in the comarca of Ferrol, in the province of A Coruña, Galicia. It is the fourth most populous municipality in the province, after A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela and Ferrol. An urban core holds most of its residents, surrounded by rural parishes.

Its parts include O Val, Sedes, Santa María de Castro, Trasancos, San Salvador de Pedroso and Doso. Trains and buses link it with Ferrol, and the nearest airports are in A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela.
