Jerónimos y Avileses is a village in the town of Murcia, at its south-east end. It borders Sucina to the north and east, and San Javier and Torre Pacheco to the south.

In the centre of Avileses stands a church on the main square, at a crossroads of three roads, next to a public school. The village holds its festivities in July in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
