Mundaka is a town and municipality in the north of the province of Biscay, in the Basque Country. It stands on the left bank of the mouth of the Mundaka estuary, in the Busturialdea-Urdaibai comarca. It borders the Cantabrian Sea to the north, Bermeo to the west and Sukarrieta to the south.

Its coast draws surfers from around the world. You can reach it from Bilbao on EuskoTren, on the E4 Urdaibai line.
