Mont-ras is a municipality in Baix Empordà, in the province of Girona. It lies on the Costa Brava, between Palafrugell and Palamós. In 2025 it had 1690 inhabitants.

The old village centre sits on the first slopes of the Gavarres, and the rest of the municipality runs down across the plain to the sea. Besides the village, it includes Canyelles, Molines, la Roqueta and Torre Simona. The Petit Tren route links it with the beaches of La Fosca, Castell and Calella de Palafrugell for walkers and cyclists.
