Get to know Manacor

Manacor is a town on the east of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, and the administrative and commercial centre of the Llevant comarca. It is one of the largest towns on the island and the second largest municipality in Mallorca by area. The town is famous for fine wooden furniture and artificial pearls.

Besides the town itself, the municipality takes in coastal places such as Porto Cristo, s'Illot, Cales de Mallorca, Cala Murada and Cala Romántica, plus Son Macià. Porto Cristo is home to the famous Caves of Drach. The Monday morning street market is one of the busiest on the island.
