Bailén-Miraflores, also known as District 4, is one of the eleven districts of the city of Málaga, in the north, on the right bank of the Guadalmedina. It takes its name from Bailén square, in the centre of the district. Its origins go back to the last months of the Reconquista, when the Catholic Monarchs camped here during the siege of Málaga.
Its parts include La Trinidad, Nuestra Señora de Fátima, La Corta, San Alberto, Parque Victoria Eugenia, Florisol, Suárez and Gamarra. The district is home to the Carlos Haya and Civil hospitals.
