Jerónimos is an administrative neighbourhood of Madrid in the Retiro district. Retiro Park and the Jerónimos church, which gives the area its name, are both located within it.
It was created from 1865 on land that once belonged to the former Buen Retiro palace and was sold to the State by Queen Isabel II. It forms part of the Paisaje de la Luz along the Paseo del Prado, declared a World Heritage Site on 25 July 2021.
