Adelfas is a neighborhood of the Retiro district in Madrid. It lies at the southern edge of the district and borders Pacífico, Niño Jesús and Estrella, all in Retiro.

It is a middle-class neighborhood and the one with the newest architecture in the district. It was formerly known as Las Californias, after the street that ran through its centre.
