Puerta del Ángel is a neighborhood of Madrid in the Latina district. It lies across the Segovia bridge, next to Madrid Río.
It borders Casa de Campo to the north and Imperial, in Arganzuela, to the east. Some call it Madrid's Brooklyn for its alternative cultural life, and because, like the New York neighborhood, a bridge separates it from the centre.
