Get to know Chamberí

Chamberí is one of the 21 districts of the city of Madrid. It is divided into six neighbourhoods: Gaztambide, Arapiles, Trafalgar, Almagro, Ríos Rosas and Vallehermoso.

Its current urban outline was born with the Ensanche plan drafted by Carlos María de Castro, approved in 1860. The Paseo de la Castellana forms its eastern boundary.
