Get to know Lloret de Mar

Lloret de Mar is a coastal town in the Selva comarca, in the province of Girona, Catalonia. It lies on the Mediterranean at the southern end of the Costa Brava and is the second largest town in its comarca. It was a pioneer of European tourism back in the fifties.

Its main beach is one of the most popular on the Costa Brava and regularly earns the Blue Flag for cleanliness. Together with Blanes and Tossa de Mar it forms a single territorial and tourist area. Summer brings many visitors on package tours.
