Get to know Inca

Inca is a town in the centre-north of Mallorca, Balearic Islands, and the capital of the Raiguer comarca. After Palma and Manacor, it is the third largest town on the island. Every year it hosts Dijous Bo, a famous market and fair that draws people from all over Mallorca, with concerts and festivities the evening before.

Neighbourhoods with names of their own include el Blanquer, el Cós, Crist Rei, la Gran Via, els Molins, Sant Domingo and el Serral. A rail junction links Inca with Palma, Sa Pobla and Manacor. Many old wine cellars now serve as restaurants with Mallorcan dishes like sopes mallorquines, tombet and gató d'ametlles.
