Guía de Isora is a municipality in the western part of Tenerife, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands. The town sits about 5 km from the coast and 60 km south-west of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It is known for its rosquetes and, since 2006, for the DOCUSUR international documentary festival.

Much of the land is covered by lava from the 1909 eruption, around hillside hamlets such as Aripe and Chirche. Cave houses dug into the rock survive in Las Fuentes and El Jaral, along with Guanche sites and rock engravings. On the coast, Playa San Juan and Alcalá have grown with tourism while keeping their fishing.
